Jason Placeres

Jason Placeres is the Administrator of the Law Firm. Aside from helping out with litigation, he ensures the law firm continues to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Jason has spent almost a third of his life working on consumer law cases. Shortly after graduating from St. Leo University with a degree in History, Jason went to work at the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s office for three years, working in the Misdemeanor/Traffic and Juvenile Divisions as a legal assistant.

After leaving the Public Defender’s Office, Jason went to work at Morgan & Morgan in the Consumer Protection Department for the next twelve years. Initially starting as a Paralegal and eventually being promoted to Lead Litigation Paralegal of the department. During his time at Morgan & Morgan, Jason worked on Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act (FCCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) cases.

Having handled hundreds of consumer law cases, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm.
